The Neighborhood
The Iron Horse Condo complex is small and quiet. It sits adjacent to the greenway that takes walkers, joggers, and bicyclists through the city. It is situated less than a mile from campus, half a mile to a grocery store, and across the street from a cool flea market. If health care is your bag, the condo is close to Washington Regional, UAMS, the Veteran's Hospital, and the Spero Clinic. Fantastic locale in our college town.

"Kathryn and her husband are wonderful hosts. They answered every questions promptly and courteously, helped out quickly when there was an issue with a door (my own fault), and proactively checked in to make sure everything was going well.
Additionally, the condo is in a great location, literally across the street from one of the best quirky shopping spots in Fayetteville and a local tap room and a short walk to a range of restaurants and a local grocery store. The NW Arkansas Greenway (bike trail) is also no more than a 5 minute walk.
Can't recommend this place highly enough. Would give them 10 stars if I could :)

"I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 month stay, it was absolutely perfect! Kathryn was a wonderful host and always was responsive to me when I had any questions. The airbnb was clean and had everything I needed. This location was close to everything in Fayetteville which made driving around town so easy! I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to be close to campus, lots of fun things to do, restaurants, and the Razorback Greenway!
